Cancellation Policy
I provide my guests with a courtesy confirmation via text 72 hours prior to your service. In return, I request a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling for your appointment. This allows me to accommodate other guests who may be on my waitlist. If a guest has failed to give adequate notice one (1) time, they will be charged for seventy five percent (75%) of their appointment. They will also be required to prepay for future appointments. For guest's who no-show and/or choose same-day cancellation, they will be charged for the full amount (100%) of their scheduled services. They will also be required to prepay for future appointments.
